PROCEDURE FOR CHECKING ADMISSION STATUS.
Visit www.uniben.edu; Click on Student Portal; Go to “My Uniben Portal”,
Click Admission, on the drop down menu click on “Check Status”;
On the page, type your Application Number (pt2016_XXXXXX) in the space provided and click on “Submit” then Confirm your Application Number and click on “proceed” to check your admission Status.

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF ACCEPTANCE/CLEARANCE FEE.
Visit www.uniben.edu; Click on Student Portal; Go to “My Uniben Portal”,
Click Admission, on the drop down menu click on ‘’Clearance’’ to pay Acceptance Fee;
Enter Application No. and Click on ‘Pay With Card’ to pay your Acceptance/Clearance Fee.
Then Click here to open a window that will take you to InterSwitch WebPAY site to make the payment
Here, you are to enter your Card (Verve or MasterCard) details.
After a successful payment click here to proceed to Clearance
The Online Clearance and Eligibility page will then be displayed. You are expected to update and upload all required information.
Please note the Reference Number generated.

PROCEDURE FOR CHECKING CLEARANCE STATUS
Go to Admission on the drop down menu click ‘’Clearance’’ to Check Clearance Approval.
Enter your Application Number in the space provided and input your Reference no in the Transaction Reference field; click on “Submit”. This prompts you to further confirm your Application Number then Click on the Proceed button;

Online Clearance and Eligibility page will then be displayed. Pending Status means Your Clearance is yet to be approved while “Cleared” means your Clearance is Approved. You are expected to check your Clearance and Eligibility on the portal periodically till the system displays that you have been cleared before you can Login as Student and proceed to pay your fees on the portal.

FEE PAYMENT PROCESS ON THE PORTAL.
Visit www.uniben.edu; Click on Student Portal; Go to My Uniben Portal
Click on the Student Login on the home page. Enter your Application Number as Username and ‘password’ as password;

On the welcome screen, ensure you carefully read the Terms of Use of Agreement with respect to the portal. To proceed with your fees payment, click on the I Agree button below the page.
On the Post Login page. Click on Pay Your Fees (Top right hand side of the page) to proceed with your schools fees payment;

Click on the Check box [] “Tuition Fee” and Click on [Add Selected Item to My Fee List] then Click on [Confirm Payment] then Click on the () SWPayment and Click on Pay Now

Clicking on Pay Now will call up an alert box, Click OK to proceed with payment process then Click here to open a window that will take you to Interswitch WebPAY site to make the payment
This URL will take you to InterSwitch Payment platform to enter your Card (Verve or MasterCard) details.
After a successful payment, go back to the portal and click After a successful payment click here to proceed.
Click on DISPLAY FEES to show the paid fee.

NB: The use of BACK, FORWARD, STOP and/or REFRESH buttons on browsers at any point in the process of paying fees is STRONGLY discouraged. As much as it is possible, ensure that all requirements are met before proceeding to a next stage.
